Special demoulding oil KS-300 for semi-continuous casting of GREATLAKES aluminum alloy
KS-300, a special demoulding oil for semi-continuous casting of Dahu aluminum alloy, is a high-quality full-performance crystallizer demoulding oil developed for horizontal semi-continuous casting of aluminum and aluminum alloy including aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-zinc alloy and extrusion lubrication of aluminum billet. Compared with the traditional graphite lubricant and vegetable oil, KS-300 has stronger polarity, better adhesion and detergency. KS-300 can effectively protect the surface of the mold, prolong the service life of the mold, improve the surface quality of aluminum slab and billet, and effectively reduce post-processing.
Performance characteristics:
Compared with vegetable oil, it can greatly reduce the amount of lubricant;
Strong applicability;
High flash point and high viscosity index;
After casting, the mold is easy to clean;
Compared with the mixture of oil and graphite, it has less water pollution, low volatilization rate and no oil smoke;
Protect the surface of mold and mold bottom plate from oxidation, and improve the surface quality of slab and billet.
Recommended applications:
Ingot: KS-300 is stirred before use, and the clean inner wall of the mold is brushed with a flat brush or coated with a thin coating, and a small amount is coated on the bottom plate of the mold to avoid bubbles and smoke after contact with metal. The recommended operation process is to lightly brush on the bottom plate of the mold.
Flat ingot: Due to the fluidity of special demoulding oil KS-300 for semi-continuous casting of GREATLAKES aluminum alloy, the flat billet can be continuously lubricated during casting, especially for products over 4m long.
